At Nationwide Financial Network® (NFN), the career agency system is the core of our business. As a Territory Sales Director you'll work as an employee of a Nationwide, while managing the achievement of territorial production objectives for financial products.

You'll oversee the management of your assigned region, while achieving your territory production objectives for the financial product lines. You will manage the objectives for variable products and the distribution product strategy. You will be responsible for building an effective team through motivation and recognition while recruiting agents for your assigned territory.

As a Territory Sales Director, you will be responsible to provide training for assisting multi-line exclusive agents and your Financial Associate Agents with support for new products and services, quarterly workshops and monthly groups meetings.
