You’ll be the key resource in your office for product information, sales ideas and consultation. To do this, our Sales Managers are dedicated to and believe in the three I ’s of training:
Sales Managers instruct their advisers on the sales process and give them support throughout the process. Sales Managers inform their advisers about the latest product changes, company changes and industry changes. And, last, but the most important, Sales Managers inspire their advisers to do their best, strive to be the best and keep moving forward.
